“The best holiday ever.”

So first I'm gonna speak about the swimming pool, So it was very Ea and I made about 6 friends it is so sunny there that it is the best holiday getaway I loved the hot tub that was in the spa. Also I loved the machine at the arcade that gines you cash back.

Very friendly people very welcoming and good service overall very nice stay rooms were very clean and very good for family lots of activities for kids but food want nice at all . The hotel is very close too markets , beaches ,ports Ventura and lots of site seeing .

“Some good bits some bad”

We got to villa Romana around 11.30pm. Checkout was easy and quick and reception Scottish chap was nice. So let me start off with the bad first. Breakfast was poor choice as hot food was tasteless also they had no vegetarian sausage which would have been nice. Most mornings we ate only cereal. I had a 6 year old and an 8 year old boy who barely touched anything. Dinner was ok ish but not much variety. Put it that way when I got back home I missed home cooked food so much that I was eating 5 times a day, I felt like i was starving! Now the rooms - rooms were small. The pillows were uncomfortable for my husband but I was fine with them. What annoyed me was the rooms weren’t cleaned or towels changed everyday. I usually leave rooms for every other day but when u have 1 toilet used by 4 ppl u want it cleaned every day! We were there for 5 nights and they only cleaned it twice even after I asked them they didn’t do it! So am annoyed with that and for that I have scored low! If you’re used to living in a mess and dirt then you’ll be fine. Dinner time was chaos some evenings and very long queue, I don’t know why as there were tables available, I believe it’s due to not cleaning the table so I think more staff will be helpful, so if u want to avoid the queue u will need to go by 7pm Now the good - The staff were friendly especially the entertainment team. I will give them 10/10. Lovely beach 15 min walk. Market on Mondays 15 min walk. Didn’t go to the theme parks as wanted to relax. Will I return again, I don’t think so.
