We stayed here 26th April 2024 for 2 weeks, Laia & Crazy are absolutely amazing and very accommodating, they will both go out there way to make your stay very exciting, our kids absolutely loved them, the hotel would not be the same without them, therfore a special shout out to the entitlement team they are all amazing! laia , dani, raul, julio were all fantastic entertainment was brilliant and alicia the life guard was lovely too great hotel stayed for 12 night’s enjoyed it food was good too good for familys couldnt recommend more. would definitely come back ☺️

We stayed here 20th April for a week half board as a family of 3. 1 adult and 2 children aged 10 and 12. The hotel was clean and modern. The cleaners are really nice and friendly. The rooms are small but adequate. The reception staff are helpful. The meal time staff are friendly. The entertainment team are fantastic and a real credit to this hotel. Raul is like a big brother to all the kids! The food was nice, standard Spanish hotel buffet. Something for everyone. Cannot fault this hotel, we would 100% come back.

After reading reviews online I was a little worried prior to my visit but I am here now and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews online. The animation team is brilliant and my little girl (2) was very excited for the “party” every night. The team try hard to get the children involved, massive shout out to Dani from the animation team, he took my little girl under his wing and she would get excited every time she seen him around the hotel. He is a credit to the hotel and deserves to be recognised. The food was good, breakfast was your standard cooked breakfast, with fresh fruit and pastries too. Lunch and dinners were also great with a good selection even for the pickiest of eaters. Location was great. It was a short walk to portaventura and also the beach. Only negative is the pool was cold but that’s to be expected at this time of year. Would 100% come back again!!
