What can I say about this hotel. Ignore all the bad reviews. The hotel is clean the food is brilliant they is always something for a fusy eatter like.my 9 year old. They is loads to do. My son is very shy and raul from the entertainment team was amazing towards him like a big brother and soon my son warmed to him and was up joining in the activities helped him made freinds with other kids. Even had my self and partner getting involved in evening entertainment. We will definitely be back

5 star experience Laia, Raul Dani have been absolutely brilliant. We've loved our stay and they are so good with the kids. Even better games for the parents. You will love your stay Food has been brilliant and the cleaning staff have been very efficient with fresh towels.

I'm just back from it today and we had a fab time. It was just my husband and i. Rooms had 2 massive beds but wasn't a lot of room around them if a family was staying in them moving about. I'm just back from it today and we had a fab time. It was just my husband and i. Rooms had 2 massive beds but wasn't a lot of room around them if a family was staying in them moving about. We put our suitcases under bed out of the way. Staff wer all lovely, hotel really clean and beds wer so comfy. Shower was great, loads of hot water. If u like tea outside of meal times some ppl we met brought their own travel kettles. We wer half board, breakfast was really good, loads of choice, u can go for lunch instead of dinner or get a picnic box if u are going out. They even organised for us to get breakfast early leaving today at qtr past 7 instead of after 8, it was no trouble. The animation team are fabulous, really put their all in, try to include everybody in everything, they have a kids club as well. Did various activities throughout the day; darts, bingo, water aerobics, water polo, to name a few, also boules and sjolen which neither of us had played before and really enjoyed it. Julio, Laia and Danni made it so much fun. The kids all loved them and so did lots of the adults as well. I asked Julio where the market was the night before it and he told me he'd b at work early and take me, danni came too while Laia got things real for starting at 11 defo go above and beyond. I'm a really really fussy eater and even I managed to get something everyday, desserts wer delicious 😋 would highly recommend the hotel. Pools now have slides in both, pics u would see might not yet b up dated. Breakfast can get really busy after 9. Go have a great time, it's central not far to everything and Michaelangelo supermarkets good value and choice.

“Lots of kids and noise till late but hotel and staff really nice”

I was with 6 other all sharing rooms for golf but I was in my own room. At check in I asked for a quiet room but was put right above reception next to a lift. I am a very light sleeper but learned to use ear plugs as it is a family or large party kind of hotel. Kevin at reception and all the staff work really hard and are friendly. Restaurant staff are so busy I felt for them as folk just left masses of mess. We made sure we tipped them on our last day to show our appreciation for their hard work. Hotel is central for everything and the area is so nice. I would go again but I personally would need an adult only hotel for the quiet. ( not the hotels fault ). Great friendly place and half board was fine. No complaints about the food but being such a big hotel it does get really busy and if a large party you might struggle to get a table together.
