We have had our third visit in March to the Royal level. It is a perfect antidote to our wet new year in Lancashire. It is just such a relaxing place to go. The rooms are lovely with a stunning view over the beach and the sea. There is nothing like a leisurely cup of coffee first thing on your balcony and watch the world go by. The beds are so comfortable and we sleep like logs. A beautiful breakfast starts the day off so well. The newly expanded restaurant area means that there is no battle for tables, and what is better than eating breakfast in the fresh air We eat something different every morning. The freshly squeezed orange juice and the local large, flat bread cut in big slices & toasted are a must however every morning. We don't do lunches much as we always hire a car to get about the island. However we did have it a few times and what beautiful food and such a choice. There was some really tasty imaginative fish and seafood dishes. We choose all-inclusive so that we can dine and have a drink when we want. This is especially so imn the evening as, depending where we have been in the day, we chose to eat any time between 6.30 & 9.00. It doesn't matter what time there is always fresh food being cooked and again the choice is excellent. The staff across the hotel are excellent but the ones working in the Royal area do go the extra yard to make your holiday special. The bar staff by the pool bar and in the Royal's exclusive Green Room go out of their way to look after you. This year they helped me find two delicious top quality rums from the top shelf, served with a single ice cube and slice of orange. What a special digestive after great evening meal. Thanks to all of them. Marianna was her usual welcoming and efficient self. We had a slight mix up with the room we requested when we arrived but she managed to sort it out for us promptly and imaginatively. What an asset she is for the hotel. Finally we yet again met some interesting and fun people from across Europe and this mix helps make the Royal special for us. We hope to be able to return at a similar time next year

Our first visit to Fuerteventura. We chose this hotel, adults only and all inclusive for a relaxing break away, and we weren't disappointed. Lovely greeting from Wilson on checking in, the resort explained and directions given. The room was a good size, balcony overlooking the jacuzzi pool, and on to the sea. Clean white linen, sheets and towels, and a HUGE walk in shower, well maintained in the en suite. Dressing gown and slippers provided. Good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, plenty of variety, lots of fruit. A choice of continental breakfast goods, pastries, and cooked options, eggs cooked to your preference. Attentive staff - Sonia appears to live and work at 100 miles an hour, always with a smile. The bar available during the day, serving the poolside, served great cocktails. Nickola made the best strawberry daiquiri! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want some R+R.

We booked one week away at the last minute for some R & R. We had a lovely greeting from reception with a glass of fizz during the check in process and a detailed explanation of the site. We booked an “all inclusive garden room" overlooking the pool area, lots of space, clean and tidy, comfy large bed. Not super modern but met our needs for the week, large bathroom and plenty of clothes storage space with a stocked mini fridge on arrival and bottled water replaced twice daily. The pool bar offered any drinks we wanted, a particular favourite was the Pina Colada’s thanks mainly to Nikola and team - they were too easy to drink! The main food buffet area had plenty of tasty choices, lots of fresh fish and grilled prawns. The serving staff and chef’s were so very attentive and friendly, clearing plates and topping up drinks when required. The Royal Level bar had an outside terrace, again the bar staff were excellent, always serving great drinks with a smile. There were 3 nights of background music, we chose not to go to the theatre area on the other part of the hotel but understand there was some entertainment regularly. As part of our all inclusive package we had an option of booking the spa for 2 hours each day. Nick and the team were very welcoming, it was clean and tidy and always smelt lovely. Overall, it was a very good holiday next to one of the best beaches we have found, wide, private, lovely long walks. Thank you to all the team for making us feel so very welcome.
