Amazing focus on customer and friendliness. The staff made sure all our requests are fulfilled which was an extra bonus considering we were visiting with our child. Completely recommend and for sure we will visit again. Special thanks for Juyong Lee.

“Perfect location, lovely hotel.”

Great hotel and perfect location in Berlin just across the road from Checkpoint Charlie - we could walk to all the main sites. Lovely spacious and clean room. Great idea to offer a drink in the bar each night instead of having your room cleaned. Good value, highly recommend.

“Amazing”

Nice hotel very good bartender Adam. They have good breakfast. Nice clean rooms. You get a free drink each night if you put you do not need room service. Great experience. I wish they had better fruit at breakfast though. The sauna was great!!!

Although this hotel is quite modern in appearance the windows are terrible and there is so much road noise all through the day and night it was very difficult to sleep. Although this hotel is quite modern in appearance the windows are terrible and there is so much road noise all through the day and night it was very difficult to sleep. It’s almost as if the windows are open it’s so bad. Bathroom amenities are not great no bars of soap or anything other than the regular glued to the wall dispensers of poor quality lotion and hand soap. Breakfast was also just ok, nobody asks you if you would like a tea or coffee although some people seemed to be having stuff bought to them. It’s just a bit of a mess keep having to get up and down, then every time we left the table they cleared everything away including your cutlery and napkins so we were on about 4 sets by the end. I have stayed in 4 different locations of NH hotels and unfortunately this is not one of the best.
