We got a very comfortable, large room. Nice bath room, clean, modern. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was ok, nothing to die for. Luxurious hotel with a lot of modern facilities, good location in town.

Spent 2 nights with my friends. 1. Location - Very good You can easily reach out to Wulin square station on foot and it takes about 10-15 min. I was pretty much satisfied with the location because it is just 4stops from HZ east railway station and 2-3 stops from west lake. 2. Room - small but convenient & clean Superior room which is basic in this hotel was quite small but was efficiently designed and clean. 3. Breakfast - good enough Comparing to the price, it was good. There were many kinds of Chinese local food. I could not have omelet though. 4. Service - poor English Even a room clerk who checked in for us could not speak English. When we called operator for asking to deliver one more body lotion, they did not know 'body lotion'. I'd like to pay 'Tom' in concierge a compliment. It was really hard to find a 'vacant' taxi on Saturday morning. However he made an effort to help us to get a taxi. His supportive attitude was touching. I like their birthday cake service: although I did not expect it at all because this hotel is not a 5 star. It was a good surprise!

This hotel is close to the metro and local eateries. The rooms are comfortable and generally clean. However, the carpet is a bit stained and so are some of the decor linens. The pillows and duvet were clean. I stayed here on two separate occasions. On the first visit, the non-smoking room they gave me still smelled of smoke. However, the non-smoking room they gave me on my second visit had no smoke smell.

Check in: Went with business associate to the front desk as early as 10:10, they promised that the room would be ready in 20-25 minutes. He left and we were waiting, when we went to ask again, they said we had to wait. English was not very well spoken all through the stay with the front desk staff. They kept us till 11. The only problem besides setting expectations wrong and keeping us waiting is that they embarrassed us with our business associate and we had to keep him waiting for 30 minutes. One of the service staff though offered us a tea and some iced water and manually entered the wifi password in our devices. Checkin: 6/10 Room: Well decorated, comfortable with all the amenities one would think of and want. they even offer sleeping aids, different pillows, humidifiers and more. The amenities are refilled every day and complimentary water as well. Excellent thermal control and sound insulation and excellent bathroom. The room's only disadvantage is that it's tiny for two adults (we were two business associates travelling and the bathroom curtain showed a silhouette of the person having the shower Room: 9/10 Checkout: The front desk were aloof, not being able to communicate in another language doesn't necessarily mean that you couldn't be warm. It was probably the fact that we were checking out at 6am that was not very appealing. The invoice took a few iterations but luckily we requested it the night before and a concierge staff was the one that helped with the translation. I found it a bit odd that a nice hotel with such amazing team have only one English speaker. It was quick though in the morning and everything was quite smooth. Checkout 7/10 Breakfast: The cherry on top of the tart. The service staff were helpful, catering to all and any of my party's dietary needs. Excellent selection, fresh pastry even better than the selection I had in the Sheraton. The people are amazing despite that they don't speak good English, they were very helpful and nice. I give the breakfast 12 out of 10. Concierge: Their only benefit was that one of them spoke English. I asked for a cab to the train station, they told me that the hotel's cab would cost the same, RMB80, I felt it was too much for the distance and told him I won't use it. The cab cost me RMB25. Concierge: 3/10 Bottom Line: Amazing Value, Excellent Location, Comfortable Rooms, Excellent Breakfast Staff, Lower than average front desk and concierge staff and not so good with English. If you speak Chinese or are a local, this hotel would probably be a 9/10 but for me, I give it an 8/10

We choose to stay in Nade Hotel for the very easy access location. We stayed for three nights here. Start from the 2nd night, air con in our room stopped working, we contact front desk, ask them to send someone to check it out. They replied the main air con switch just been turned on, it will take a while to cool down. Around 10 minutes later, two housekeeping ladies showed up in front of our door offering a fan and a little plate with fresh fruits. Obviously, if the air con didn't break down, we certainly won't have the fruits as the house keeper already been in our room in the morning and left no fruits what so ever. Anyway, air con is not on 24/7? Come on! As a 4 star hotel, we paid RMB 550 plus per night with the services like this, quite disappointed. Room is very crowded. Beds and pillows are in good condition.
