“Exception Customer service at the front desk”
In our three weeks travelling on the West Coast, quite the best customer service we experienced was at this unassuming Travelodge in Monterey. “Lovely”
Lovely, clean hotel with free parking. Pool area was nice and clean. Would stay again. Monterey area was absolutely stunning

“Motel..”
Even though this "hotel " has been renovated for the most part and room was clean, the outside appearance is still poor and has the typical motel look. The bathroom was small and old.
