“Excellent service by Daniel”
Daniel was very efficient, friendly and polite. Excellent service! He was very welcoming at the appetizer, wine and cocktail and Alison the cosmopolitan bar - Bribone. Very good and exactly the type of service to enhance the hotels reputation.

“Amazing place”
The hotel was absolutely fantastic and in a great location. Taking a room on ‘The Level’ gives you so much more. We had access to a separate area for check-in and access to the lounge which had free drinks and a whole range of snacks all day. Between 5:30pm-8:30pm is free tapas and drinks. As we ... more

“Excellent- daniel 10/10”
The hospitality we received was outstanding. The staff were so welcoming particularly Daniel. He was attentive warm & nothing was an issue. The hotel should be very proud of their team. We will be back & look forward to our return. Shane & Susan hand

“First Class Bartender”
We were torn between going out or staying at the hotel for a cocktail and, thanks to our bartender, Daniel,we were very glad we stayed. He's an excellent host and makes a fine Old Fashioned (even though I like to tweak mine to taste). Highly recommended.
