Recently returned from a short weekend break with friends and had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Made lots of great memories 😀. The hotel and rooms were kept to a high standard and the facilities were great (especially loved the rooftop pool area which was adults only). We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was nice with lots of choice available. We preferred to eat our other meals out as there are lots of restaurants to choose from - one of our favourites was The Beach located across the road (which is owned by the hotel). They served a great paella and the desserts were fantastic too. We also liked the Tiki pizza restaurant which is a short stroll away. Pool towels were available at the hotel which required a deposit that was returned at the end of the stay. You could exchange them at the spa for fresh towels for 1 euro each which the hotel kindly donate to charity. There are steps (and a lift if you prefer) located near to the hotel for the old town which is definitely worth a visit. There were lots of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. We’ll be back next year. Looking forward to it already 😀😎.

Always apprehensive when we book anywhere new but can definitely say there is not a lot to complain about at this hotel. The beds are comfy and rooms clean and spacious with balcony (next time we would request a sea & pool view) we only requested sea view , our view towards sea included a view of the neighbouring pool of a hotel that is shut down but would have been nicer of our own pool. Hotel def not full (750 rooms) no scramble for beds and plenty of brolleys around. Not sure what peak season would be like when hotel full. Central location … is walkable along from to Benalmádena and a little lift behind hotel takes you up to Torremolinos old town if you can’t manage the steep steps. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The food is one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. We are full board , Buffett breakfast and buffet evening meal . Lunch is a fixed 3 course menu and all of the food has been amazing. One draw back , wasn’t offered all inclusive at this hotel so we chose full board . None of the packages include drinks though so we are paying as we go for those. Very reasonable prices (€3 glass of wine €4 beer). We pay as we go as don’t want a shock at the end. You give room number … hope no one has given ours by mistake all week 🙈 will find out tomorrow when we check out ! There is a beach bar attached to hotel over the road on the beach h and they have sunbeds Available on beach also. The roof top terraces are lovely and again there is a little pool. We can’t comment on ‘The Level’ which is another upgrade and other side of hotel but really feel there couple be anything offered on the upgrade that we feel we’ve missed out on without an upgrade. Entertainment has been good each evening if you don’t fancy venturing out. In all honesty we would def stay here again. Short flight and a 20 min taxi from airport . Weather has been amazing all week. Highly recommend

“Excellent”

This was a beautiful Hotel right opposite the beach. Very clean, attentive staff, good food, lovely poolside areas. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day. Situated in a great position with lots restaurants in close proximity. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

We had room 1363, fantastic balcony with full sea view Beds were so comfy and huge which is perfect for me 3 tvs in our suite with real English channels , now I know we don’t go on holiday for tv but sometimes you want to just kick back and watch your favourite tv show or a film most hotels only offer bbcnews but we had all the top U.K. channels. Toiletries were high standard, coffee machine excellent Breakfast was superb, great selection and plenty of it , lunch was also a very high standard Prices were very reasonable for a good hotel too A big shout must go to the brilliant housekeeping staff who looked after us without fail. Thank you Only negative are the elevators , way too small for the size of the hotel so can be long a wait sometimes Thank you for a lovely break
