“Epic”
I had a great stay at the Melia and would definitely come back. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The buffet breakfast was great and I had great service from Raian. The downstairs lobby was very clean and staff helpful. I enjoyed the 3 nights here I would come again!

“Excellent service at Churchill’s Bar located in Meliá Brasil 21 hotel in Brasilia.”
Visited Churchill’s for a drink and a quick bite to eat. Excellent service from Carlos, Gabriel, and Ana Karina de Venezuela! Arrived by myself but soon had five additional friends join me who also received excellent service from the staff at Churchill’s. Highly recommended with reasonable prices.

“Incredible Stay”
Incredible staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. I can't remember service this good at a hotel. Also stop by and see Carlos at the bar. He stayed open late for us more than once and always took care of us. A+ service all around. I'll be back for sure.

“The entire staff is amazing.”
If you have any problems ask for Carlos the barman. He makes a excellent old fashion. Carlos always greats his cutsomer with a smile.
