Positive Location, short walk down steps to beach, far-reaching sea, harbour, street views, Friendly Staff, Clean and comfortable room, great shower, no issues in getting a sunbed, Hot fresh Food. Probably the best breakfast I've ever had. Negatives Which not difficult to address but would have made our stay perfect, Always had to give our room number when getting anything even though we had All-inclusive bands on. Why? Need more staff in and around pool area, restaurant, as getting a drink sometimes took 10-20 minutes, no fault of staff on duty who were extremely friendly but they were busy. Paid a lot of money for All-Inclusive and feel this wait was excessive for a drink. No UK tv in room, I read there is an action plan for this but should have been told in advance. I would recommend and return and hope these issues are resolved to make the holiday experience perfect. Thanks.

I just spent 10 days at the hotel, very clean,staff helpful, but it is not a 4 star hotel. house keeping very very good they are 4 star. pool great nice sunbeds very comfortable, great location on the beach. But the food in the restaurant let it down, the breakfast was nice and the food hot and plates were warned, but sometimes you were stud waiting for food trays to be changed, there could have been a few more items. The evening meal was very poor the food was the same over and over fried chicken every night, and the other choice's just the same. The rooms were plenty big enough, It was a nice shower but the water temperature did vary from hot to cold, there was a flat screen TV in the room which had about 200 canels no English which seemed a bit strange because 90o/o of the customer were British, but saying all that I would stop here again but just b and b.

I feel I am being generous with 3 , I don’t know how it gets so many 5s . Are they all written by AI ! Definitely not a 4* hotel This is the 4th hotel we have stayed at in the Benalmadena/ Torremolenos area and was by far the worst. Positives few but the staff are all nice and the beds are very clean and comfy. The rooms however are a bad design having no sink or shelves in the bathroom. The sinks are in the entrance to the room? There’s also not one drawer in the room. As for the food, the breakfast is fine but the evening meal is atrocious. Chicken and meats overdone and dry and if you’re not in when they open at 7pm there’s not much fresh looking food left. The sweets were the same cakes every night. As someone else said, just bed and breakfast. A warning to elderly and disabled, there are plenty of steps to the beach so be aware of that.
