As a Titanium Bonvoy Elite, I was upgraded to corner suite and I enjoyed every aspect during my stay. The breakfast was excellent! The executive lounge service and food was amazing. Special thanks to Mert Ceylon Guest relation Manager for his hospitality . As well Kareem from front desk for his warm welcome ! Many Thanks to everyone! I have stayed in Istanbul Marriott Hotel şişli for 25 days. I had one of the best services ever, very clean rooms and best views, a great Lobby area, food was excellent. On the Top of all that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank them all, Specially the Duty Manager Kemal who assisted with few minor issues that i had, and the guest relation Aygun who was very helpful and friendly, and at the reception desk I have to personally thank all and specially ( Sima Yildirim, Erhan, Serpil, Kaan, Emre, BahAdir and Nurcan the Managers and Ali who checked me in. And I’m sorry I couldn’t remember some of the other staff’s names. Highly recommend Hotel mainly because of the lovely service from the staff. I am a Marriott Titanium member so i have spent a few nights away! Any hotel experience to a large degree is determined by the quality of its staff. Everyone at the hotel were excellent from the first moment of walking into the hotel to the day we left to return home. This started from the security staff on the entrance and Serpil on reception who checked us in. The restaurant staff were all great, Furkan who would greet us daily to breakfast with a smile and Atakan who made us our eggs each morning, I could name many more in the restaurant. Murat in the Exec lounge ensured we were comfortable and well looked after and he was ably supported by Bucra and the rest of the team. The cleaners every day who made up our room always had time to smile and chat despite some of them not being too fluent at English! Hamida and Hatice were great, again I could mention all the others. The facilities of the hotel are what you would expect for a 5* Marriott. The location is good too but if you are wanting to regularly visit the Hagia Sophia area then I would suggest picking the times you travel sensibly to avoid the early and late rush hour. We have visited Istanbul several times and stayed at other hotels. We look forward to returning soon and we will be staying here next time too!

Stayed here for a week during a business trip. The room was great, with all facilities you would expect to find in such hotels. The bed was a bit too soft, and after a few da, I was starting to feel it. Breakfast was a delight. Both turkish and international. Lunch was good, but too international to my taste. Türkiye has great food, and I was hoping for more of it. Now that doesn't mean it was not good, because it was good. You will be looked after in the best possible way. A bit too much at the restaurant I would say, as waiters will rush to take your plate the moment it's empty, and there's no way for you to leave it alone for more than a few seconds without it being taken away. Location is excellent, as I felt traffic to and from the airport was not too much. There are many restaurants and cafés, and there's even a very decent mall nearby.
