We stayed here for 7 nights, it was truly a great stay, the rooms were spacious, clean, the bed was super comfortable, toilet was spacious, modern and clean. The service was amazing, housekeeping always attentive, and did a great job. Room service were very responsive and punctual. The team at the front desk was a super star team, they really handled all our requests with patience and grace. Special thanks to Sima, Serpil, Dilan, Emre, Muhammet, Duncan, Bushra, you guys went beyond our expectations to handle our requests We will back for sure

“Excellent service”

Stayed here for 4 nights as a Marriott Gold member. Pros: - Requested for high floor and was allocated a relatively high floor room. - The rate i booked did not include breakfast but the reception was kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast for all 4 nights. - Room had nice city views with ... more

Stayed here for 4 nights as a Marriott Gold member. Pros: - Requested for high floor and was allocated a relatively high floor room. - The rate i booked did not include breakfast but the reception was kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast for all 4 nights. - Room had nice city views with floor to ceiling windows. - There was a PR manager checking in on the guests during breakfast. - Some of the waiter were very enthusiastic during breakfast. - There were security in place such as screening of vehicles and bags when entering the hotel. - Cevahir mall is huge and located around a 7 mins walk away. The Sisli metro station is below the Cevahir mall. - Room size is relatively spacious and the toilet has plenty of room. Cons: - A cemetery is located right opposite the hotel and those rooms having the city view will be able to see the cemetery below.
