The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, most of the staff spoke at least some English as well which was most helpful. “Splendid infrastructure and service”

The biggest assets of this resort are of course the fenomenal beach, the large swimming pool, the surrounding gardens, the sport-infrastructure…. The biggest assets of this resort are of course the fenomenal beach, the large swimming pool, the surrounding gardens, the sport-infrastructure…. The new operator took the wise decision to keep management in place, which results in operational excellende: impeccable beach service, strong and hands -on reception desk, excellent restaurantservice both on the beach as in the large hotelrestaurant, very tidy en dicrete house keeping staff…. Special credits go to the team bartenders that has significantly improved over past years, and the quality of food in the restaurants where local Romangolo chefs work with superb fresh ingredients and stopped the old habits of mass cooking. I do not want to be overly positive, so I will mention the only less positive element of our stay: an English family with 7 or so adults and as many children, that tried two days to overtake the pool, the garden, the bicycles,…..they were the only 2* in a genuine 5* environment. Luckily for all other guests, management intervened discreetly to bring this bunch to order

Nice Hotel, good location and has a lovely Garden, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection , delicious food, housekeeping is professional, Walking distance to Cervia, I didn’t like that sun-bed is for expensive fees for hotel guest

Wonderful family beach holiday. This hotel has the most fantastic beach. Allocated sun bed and loads of space. Beach staff are v helpful. Hotel rooms are light and clean. More functional than luxurious Excellent breakfast selection at the buffet and delicious food although adding some simple salads and burgers would make things easier. We enjoyed lovely live music most nights too. Pool is lovely but the surrounding patio is grimy and needs replacing with something easier to clean Our main issues could be so simple to resolve No water or towels in the gym and often no aircon No free water in the room Some provision for older children like table tennis or pool table and area to play football or basketball. If you are visiting during August try to eat out when they hold the gala dinner for Ferragusto. Hotel is just not equipped to feed everyone at the same time
