“Great find!”

Went on our first trip to Spain and stayed at this Hotel. We purchased the All Inclusive option. The hotel is less than 20 minutes from the airport and upon arrival the check in was fast and friendly. The room (611) had a wonderful view of the pool and came with the usual amenities. The food was served in a main restaurant that was super clean and bright. I did read some reviews that said the buffet area was very noisy and it could be. There are actually signs outside the buffet indicating which times are the busiest so if the noise is an issue go earlier. I found the food to be good and the staff very quick at clearing tables. There is also an afternoon snack area that serves burgers/hotdogs/sandwich fixings and salads etc. You will not go hungry at this hotel and there is something for everyone. My favourite place to relax was the coffee bar. There you can get great coffees and any kind of drink you like. They also have outside seating which was lovely. The Manager Carl is accessible on their facebook page and willing to help and accommodate with any guest request. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. It runs like a well oiled machine with a great personality.

We have just returned from a week’s stay with family, 8 of us ranging in age from 7 to 73yrs. We have had a great week and this is a really great hotel in a brilliant central location. Check in was quick and easy, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, organised taxis for us and bookings for the grill restaurant. We had a family room on floor 6, incredibly spacious room, very comfortable with a pool view and partial sea view. The cleaning was great, fresh towels every day. My only minor criticism would be that the shower was not very powerful, water pressure quite low. The pool area was great, we never struggled to get a sun bed morning or afternoon, however other reviews are right, in high season it would be a struggle due to limited space. The food and drinks were great with plenty of choice and the bar staff and restaurant staff all friendly and helpful. We loved the small extras available at the hotel, ice lollies, crisps, nuts etc. The beach bar and complimentary bus is an absolute gem, such a fabulous addition to the services on offer. I follow the Facebook group and have to say, Carl the Manager really does take note of comments and feedback, which makes this hotel very customer focussed. We would gladly return, but would probably avoid high season due to limited space around the pool.

been here loads of times was great when we first started going, unfortunately it seems to be getting a bit tired, rooms could definately do with refurbishing don't know if this coincides with the change in ownership from Marconfort to Sandos . pool area and beds seems to be better organised u can go to pool at 9am and can still get a sunbed( i know right lol). have always said that the food is the best AI ever had always something to eat even for the most fussy but unfortunately that seems to have gone downhill which is a shame because the staff are great,one of our party had some fish(probably) and had sickness/diahhorea for24/48hrs but there wasn't really anything helpful from reception when it was mentioned to them fortunately it wasn't the 5yr old that got ill thank god for picky kids lol. regarding my granddaughter we had been down to the beach had a whale of time she loves collecting treasures (pretty stones ,shells etc) which she was going to make a thing with her mum,anyway she left them in their room, turns out that the cleaner removed them from the room along with the bucket and spade that they were in,which i wasn't made aware of till we got to airport. anyway maybe we caught an off week or the middle of reorganisation from new company but we have always had a great time there on the plus side having a little one with us we used the salon bar for pretty much the first time ever and i must say the entertainment was great keeping the kids and adults entertained odnt know why we have never used it before!! Hopefully it comes back to the graet standard it had before cos its a graet hotel with great staff
