“Fabulous”

Stayed here for the first time absolutely loved it. Rooms are basic but very clean in fact the whole of the hotel is spotless. Food was very good always found something I liked and I’m quite a fussy eater. Breakfast was very good just wish they had plum tomatoes on a bit more only had them 1 day. Drinks on the all inclusive are very good. Staff serving the drinks are very nice and super efficient at getting down any que Entertainment was good always something going on of a day and evening Staff are a credit to the hotel each and everyone one of them nothing to much trouble and always smiling Pool area does get busy not a problem for us as there was a solarium on the roof top plenty of loungers up there and serve yourself soft drink, water and beer Location we personally liked the location very short walk to centre with plenty of bars,shops and restaurants very nice area Beach the hotel puts on a free bus down to the beach then picks you up to return to hotel there is even a free beach bar that does food and drinks very nice. Would we return to this hotel? most definitely honestly could not fault it

We stayed for a week & came back 28th May. We were extremely impressed by the hotel, we were welcomed warmly by reception & although we were very early we were given a key card to securely store our luggage & our All inclusive started immediately. Everything was spotless. Our room was lovely with a pool view, double & single bed, flat screen TV with some English channels, fridge & free kettle that reception loaned us. It was an Anniversary trip & the note, Belgium chocolates & bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch. Did not find noise a problem at all. The pool area did get busy but we went to the beach every day on the courtesy coach as was so beautiful there & we could explore the area. The beach bar was great, the 2 Antonio's & Joli were so friendly & lovely fresh food & unlimited drinks. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel & were impressed by the wide array of choices & never felt the need to eat out which we usually do when we're away as was always something we really enjoyed. The entertainment was good & several bars to choose from. Simply can't understand the negative reviews, really not sure what more people want. Only slight negative was would have preferred a walk in shower but we knew this was not available when we booked & I understand this may in future be upgraded. Thank you for a wonderful holiday x

“3 star hotel at best”

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The rooms need updating. The food is not good and we had to eat out after a few meals in the hotel. The staff were friendly apart from the receptionist who was rude when we had to ask the directions to our room. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

We stayed for 9 nights. Very accommodating on our arrival as there were only 30 minutes until the end of dinner time, they took our bags from us and told us to go and eat and check in later. 5 🌟 First impression was a lovely airy reception and a modern dining area. Our room was clean & tidy but very dated however it has everything you need. However our room was right next to the lift, it wasn’t the noise of the guests but the mechanism of the lift, our room actually vibrated and constantly sounded like distant thunder. Stopped about 1:30am and started again at 6am 😴 I asked the next day to be moved which they did with no problems. Avoid any rooms next to the lift. Very small pool area and the usual race for a bed which are then left unattended for most of the day, staff don’t monitor this 🙄There are enough beds but not enough space. The pool is constantly patrolled by the life guard and they were quick to close and clean when a child was sick. Dining room is very loud and not a very pleasant experience. Food is very repetitive but edible, just gets boring after a few days. I didn’t use the hall at snack times so I can’t comment. The coffee bar is nice with proper barista coffee included and quieter to the other two bars. Outside entertainment was not on but was starting the day we left. They provide a bus service to the beach and also have a bar there for refreshments however the beds are chargeable. 14€ for 2 beds with one free. About a 10 minute walk into the centre with shops/bars/restaurants and 15 to the beach. Don’t pay to keep your room on if you are travelling home later, they have 3 very good shower rooms and locked rooms for your luggage. You can also keep your all inclusive until you leave. Staff pleasant and helpful at all times I would return again for a weekend but not for a full holiday
