Very clean, varied and tasty restaurant, clean and pleasant rooms, excellent room service, 24-hour reception, free parking at the hotel, spa and pool, Dead Sea with sun beds of the hotel, perfect hotel.

The Lot Hotel, situated on the Dead Sea, is not part of a chain, and maybe because of that it offers its customers a unique and very personal service. Even though during our stay, at least half the guests were evacuees from the area surrounding the Gaza strip following the 7th October attack, many of them with children and even their pets, the hotel staff treated them with utmost care and respect. The rooms in the old section, where we have stayed, are smartly designed with ample storage space, including a small fridge, a safe and comfortable beds. We saw a couple of rooms in the newly renovated section, about INS 250-300 per day more expensive. They are of a different luxury level, with great views of the Dead Sea, a huge king-sized bed, and other amenities. Food was o.k but rather routine, probably due to the budget allocated for the evacuees' stay. The spa is excellent, but the prices for the health treatments are pretty stiff. The level of service in the pools, the inner and the outside ones is very good. There were lots of poolside chairs at all times, and the availability of towels was limitless. In summary, we were pretty happy with our stay and definitely will return to Lot at the first opportunity.

I’ve often been to Lot. It’s one of the best places to have your psoriasis “erased” for 1/2 year. (Though needed another 1/2 yr to get relief). The tanning beds, and individual “sun rooms” are fantastic. On the other hand there spa facilities, are exceptional: seaweed wrap, mud baths, massages,etc. staff is informative and very helpful. Accommodations, were okay, though small fridge didn’t work, so exchange of room was guaranteed. (Or other benefits, the person will suggest). Food is adequate. Pools are fine.
