Amazing hotel. We booked for one week with breakfast and dinner and the food was very tasty. The hotel is super clean with many different pools. Every evening different shows and concerts, so you will never feel bored. The location of the Hotel is right close to the main promenade with shops. I can only recommend and will come back!

“Above already high expectations ”

So I just read some of the negative reviews of this hotel and laughed. Here we go: 10/10 service, they cater for everything. Wonderful outside area, great choice of shade and sun. So I just read some of the negative reviews of this hotel and laughed. Here we go: 10/10 service, they cater for everything. Wonderful outside area, great choice of shade and sun. More pools than you would need. Super clean hotel, room staff very accommodating. Great location for beach and shops. Coffee, tea, water, welcome bottle of wine, super view from room. Lovely big spa. Great quality food in buffet and restaurants. But most of all, super staff - to name but a few: Daniel and Yolande at reception. Dario & Alba Of the entertainment crew (funny bingo 😊). Ernesto in Unique bar. Yovanny and Gustavo in La Toscana. Rita, Pedro and Frederica in buffet restaurant. And of course David "Y dos Copas" the man that gets everyone a seat with a smile.

“A large hotel with facilities to match”

This hotel is huge. It has 1381 rooms. But it also has every facilty imaginable to cope with these numbers. 6 pools, 5 heated, (the 95 metre long infinity pool is not heated but is warm) All pools are to shoulder depth which makes them warmer and safer. This hotel is huge. It has 1381 rooms. But it also has every facilty imaginable to cope with these numbers. 6 pools, 5 heated, (the 95 metre long infinity pool is not heated but is warm) All pools are to shoulder depth which makes them warmer and safer. So choose a sunbed in which area suits you best. Sunbeds cannot be reserved so it is never a problem finding one. The hotel is near the supermarket/shops and loads of other restaurants so you are spoilt for choice, We did not eat in the hotel restaurants as we enjoy visisting local places, that said the prices of the hotel restaurants and bars were about the same as elsewhere. Breakfast is amazing, the buffet is 75 yards long with stalls all along one side. There is everything to eat that you can imagine and as there are Scandinavian guests and predominately German there is every nationality catered for. It can be a bit of a scrum but not too bad. The room key is a wrist band which is brilliant. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I asked for extra pillows and they arrived promptly. Minor niggles: There are 5 types of tea bags provided in the room together with milk. But no coffee. When I asked about this they said I could hire a Nespresso machine. I do not want Nespresso coffee when I wake up-good old nescafe in a sachet is perfect. So we bought some Nescafe at the supermarket. The bath towels are very small,so we bought up the pool towels and used those. The TV only has sky news and BBC news which is odd since the hotel where we stay in Tenerife has all English channels. The wardrobes are not able to accomdate a dress without it being turned up at the bottom. BUT the main thing is if you want a boutique/small hotel this is not the one for you, It was 1/4 mile from our room to reception!!! Would we stay again?Possibly, if we could guarantee the same room!

Beautiful resort, lacks some facilities you would expect with 5*. No coffee in room unless unique rooms. No slippers. No English/UK channels except news. Aircon noisy and only goes down to 22. Food at dinner is disappointing. Queues at each of the serving stations and NO labels for food and no allergen labels. Slow service at outside bar areas and some grumping - seemed understaffed. Entertainment a bit europop, and stops at 11pm. Bar shuts at 12mn. Everything looks cared for to high standard and very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely hotel overall.
