“Awesome location, no instructions on how to call front desk, very clean”
The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to awesome eateries, bars, shopping areas, attractions, even an awesome grocery store! “Enjoyable stay in Madrid.”
Great hospitality and concierge especially Vincent. Fabulous location, modern and comfortable with welcoming restaurant and coffee. More upgrades to break out area, but had no impact on our stay. The early departure picnic was ideal for a train journey.

“Clean hotel with ideal location”
The room was not that big but good for single use. Bathroom was very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was really big advantage as it is very central and convenient for shopping, restaurants, cafe, and within couple of minutes walking to the live road Gran Via.
