“it was the first time we have been at this hotel in Eilat....”

We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was won… more

We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked only the second day to make our room....but coming back at 12.50 it was not done....the personal at the hotel was very nice.....and respectable....

Let's start with the positives - An excellent location, in the middle of the promenade, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. A courteous and attentive staff. Some parts of the hotel have an amazing sea view. A spacious room, a large and comfortable bed, Good toiletries, very good water flow in the bath. a curtain that can block the sun light well, windows you can open. Strong AC in the room and throughout the hotel grounds. And now for the negatives- The main reason I will not return to this hotel is the noise. It's one thing that the door is not soundproof and it's so old that you have to force it open, but with the location like this hotel, it is a must to have soundproof windows! not only there is loud noise from the hotel, but also from the promenade, music and shouts from the loudspeakers of the amusement park operators that go on until 2 AM, it's impossible to get used to it. Additionally, there is no option to find parking in the tiny hotel parking lot or in the paid parking around. The elevators are quite small, on the sixth floor the hallways were very narrow. At the room the closet is small. The adult pool is not deep and there are not enough chairs around it . At breakfast there is abundance of cheeses, but no cream or simple white cheese. The egg cooking station is located outside the dining room in a hidden corner. I did not like the quality of the food. like most hotels in Israel, on Saturday, the coffee machines are shut down. There is an option to drink filter coffee or to make instant coffee of the lowest possible quality, which to my opinion is undrinkable.
