This hotel came as a recommendation from a very good friend and it certainly didn’t disappoint! We spent 5 nights in a premium sea view room (room 261) and loved it, everything from the moment we arrived until we departed this morning was simply perfect. The room and view was just superb, a different skyline to wake up to every morning, an incredibly comfortable bed and a superb bathroom (with two washbasins / showers). The location on the beach is superb, and it’s so easy to get around to the City Centre by bus, taxi or even walk if you are up to it…. The outdoor pool was a little cool this time of year but we loved the Spa (there is a small indoor pool too). Whilst there was a charge for this, at 25 euros per person, it’s a bargain in my opinion. Lovely facilities with hydrotherapy pools, steam & sauna, all types of showers etc. The breakfast is probably one of the finest I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve experienced a few), such a variety and even better if you can get a seat on the outdoor terrace. We also enjoyed room service and dinner on our final night, very high quality food and not at extortionate prices for a 5* hotel. Finally, every member of staff I met over the 5 nights was exceptional, superb service! I will be certainly recommending this hotel to friends and I would like to return again soon to see more of Valencia and this is the place ti stay in my opinion - it’s got everything!!!!

We had the warmest welcome ever received at a hotel from the lovely Sandra on reception who offered us complementary fizz. Overall, we found the staff to be exceptional which is not always the case in 5* hotels. A special mention to Mabel, and particularly Fernando, in the Spa and Christian in the bar. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Breakfasts were outstanding. The view from our balcony was wonderful and the sound of the fountains added to our feeling of rest and relaxation. It was hard to leave to explore València.

Comfy bed, clean room, working amenities but some odd customer service issues that really frustrated me, especially as a solo traveler. I emailed through the site in advance to ask if the spa was included for guests and it seems like my question was misunderstood and what I thought was a yes was in fact a no. They kindly assisted in getting me set up anyway, and my room was unexpectedly ready early. That being said when handing me my card the front desk associate (I’ll decline naming her) said my room number loud enough for anyone to hear and then gave me attitude when I told her that’s a security concern, solo travel and all. There’s a reason why the number is written and NOT said out loud- standard security. Later on that night I ordered food on Uber to the hotel and despite the delivery person telling me they’d dropped it off the front desk said they hadn’t. So I went out and found someplace to eat, then came back to find my cold food sitting in the lobby. They had my room number and no one tried to reach me to tell me. Look the facilities are GORGEOUS but these little things add up for me. I honestly had a better overall experience at a teeny in the town center.
