“Perfect hotel”

On arriving the hotel looked a little dated . How wrong were we , absolutely amazing, we only stayed one night, the hotel is a little out of town, but it didn’t matter to us . The staff were amazing and so helpful. There is a restaurant, we didn’t use it as chose to go into the port area to eat . The room was clean modern with everything you need. Absolutely perfect.

“Staff are lovely rooms too hot !”

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were lovely and friendly the rooms however were too hot and the air conditioning was turned off for the season we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open and got lots of mosquito bites. I think a fan should be provided if the aircon is not available. Strange... more

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were lovely and friendly the rooms however were too hot and the air conditioning was turned off for the season we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open and got lots of mosquito bites. I think a fan should be provided if the aircon is not available. Strangely despite leaving the make my room up on our door the room was not cleaned during our stay not sure why.

“Nice hotel shame about the food”

We booked for seven days bed and breakfast on reaching the hotel it looked wonderful we checked in the room was quite spacious with a balcony and mountain view, the facilities were good with pools outside bar plenty of seating and sun beds. Inside was a restaurant and another bar all clean and tidy. So the crunch came with the food not impressed with breakfast especially the warm food we found bacon swimming in oil the scrambled eggs were very poor the potato omelette was cold, we did not touch the fried eggs as they looked like a car crash on the hot plate, we heard a lady complain that she should not have to warm her breakfast in the microwave. Their were no variation in the breakfast no tomatoes no sausages etc. If you have breakfast we would suggest sticking to the continental. We ate in the hotel just once that was once too much. We ordered at the bar only to be told we could not order while 8pm so we waited an hour put our order in then to be told we would have to wait till 9pm as they had a large party in they should have enough staff to cover all their guests. But it was too late to go anywhere else so we waited. Eventually we got two pizzas and a chicken curry, the pizzas where tepid as were the chips that was nothing compared to the curry i have never been presented with a curry as bad as this was a few morsels of chicken the sauce it was in was like water and to top it all stone cold their was a few chips also stone cold, we called the manager and sent it back only for it to return after it had been in the microwave in fairness it should have gone in the bin. Not a great experience and needless to say we did not eat their again. The fact is it was not cheap for what we had.
