“Wonderful staff”
Great hotel with amazing staff who are only too willing to help. No matter where we were going we asked reception staff who gave us relevant bus numbers & actually left their desks to walk to front door of hotel & point out which bus stop! Great advice provided also in relation to travel tips eg.... more

I have stayed at Kramer with my husband and my 5 year old for 5 nights in April. The location of the hotel is great, with access to busses and metro, super close to Turia Park and Bioparc, near a mall and shops close by. “Solo traveller”
Excellent staff, clean, well appointed rooms, sumptuous breakfast and dinner options. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Loved the restaurant staff! Carlos and Axel at the Bar were brilliant. Would love to have staff like them for my business 😃🙌👌

“Modern hotel on edge of city river park”
Friendly and helpful staff at this city hotel. Conveniently located for the centre with a 25 min walk or short bus journey. Rooms clean and well serviced. Location is near road and junction but traffic noise was acceptable. Cafe/bar and small reception on ground floor.

“A decent hotel for a short stay”
