“grat in isfahan ”
recently , they added new area to hotel and rooms in this area are very good , location is very good , hotel is clean and staff are very friendly ,i like interior design of rooms , coffe shop and yard is very good to chill and chat

“Definitely not 5 star by global standards. Three and a half star level. ”
As a tour leader from South Africa, this is the first time we are trying the Kowsar Hotel, due to lack of availability at the hotel we normally use. “Nice but tooooo slow”
Nice and hotel in general but staff are undertrained,m. checkin and checkout processes are too slow for a business traveler. The nicest rooms are in the new building. Recommended only if you have plenty of time to check out while 1000 people are waiting for you in the city center convention center.
