“Excellent”
Great Hotel, lovely grounds. Staff all attentive, friendly and helpful. Short taxi ride to central Knysna. Bungalows are very spacious with high ceilings and pool areas very pleasant. Breakfast excellent, would highly recommend this hotel on any South African self drive

“Great place to stay in Knysna”
Great place to stay in Knysna. Relatively new. Burned down in the fire and was rebuilt a few years ago. Grounds are peaceful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Front desk keeps the pool towels. Two Padel Tennis courts on site -- can reserve courts and equipment. Not expensive. Staff were very frien... more

“A lovely retreat in Africa”
The place is beautiful and well cared for. The rooms were large, elegant and very comfortable. Had a massage in my room and it was fantastic. The food in their lovely airy dining room was delicious. I highly recommend this place as a peaceful retreat!

“Lovely setting and great rooms”
In a great local offering peace and quiet. Set in stunning well kept gardens. Got 2 lovely pools. Only suggestion would be drink service and for someone to maintain the areas, clear glasses and towels. Rooms were large with a great bathroom. We had a fantastic 3 days with the family. The location is good reaching town in 5min by car. The garden area is great with 2 pools. Food (international menu) is very good.
