“Bom Hotel break”

Tivemos alguns dias viagem para a área e ficamos em Yueqing Kinho Narada Hotel e achei que era realmente muito bom, excelente pequeno-almoço para nós, europeus. o quarto era e degradado, super confortável cama e dizer "wifi grátis' definitivamente ajuda!

the hotel remains good as between 2 stays there was a gap of 1 year. however the major setback this time i faced was a non-english speaking & understanding staff. to make matters worse the a/c in room was non-functional & they later put a fan in my room, though charging me full fare. 3 different staff gave 3 different reasons for non-functioning of the a/c but the major barrier being the language. about time this hotel hires a proper english conversing front office staff

Stayed here for business for two nights. I normally stay in wenzhou to conduct my business in the yueqing area, however i found this hotel much more convenient. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, Wifi was ok, TV had a few English channels. Breakfast was quite good for a Chinese hotel, basic but plenty of western and Chinese selections. Gym was good but opening hours of 8am to 10pm was annoying for my schedule. Location is good, if you walk out of the lobby and turn left you will find a small minimart type shop around the corner, and a further 5 minute walk had a large mall with Walmart should you need to buy anything. The only downside to this hotel was the lack of english, basically only one guy at reception and he only had very basic skills. This could be a problem if requiring assistance. Would happily stay here again however.

“Nice hotel for a local brand”

Stayed here for a few nights for work. Hotel is nice, rooms are large and clean. Staff are friendly but not a lot of English. Stayed here for a few nights for work. Hotel is nice, rooms are large and clean. Staff are friendly but not a lot of English. Location is good if you need to visit Yueqing rather than staying in nearby Wenzhou. 5 min walk to some restaurants and a large mall with wallmart and a kfc if you need a break from local food. WiFi didn’t work very well, constant dropouts but was quick when it was connected. I paid for breakfast with my booking, however they told me I didn’t have breakfast on my booking. After showing them the confirmation email they apologized and still told me I didn’t have it included. Was only $10USD but still it’s a principle thing. Staff need to learn how to deal with their mistakes better.
