“Perfect for family and kids”
The hotel is placed in a wonderful location, right below the Sigmundsberg Chapel and just few minutes outside the citi of Mariazell. “Great Family Hotel”

“Nice family time”
Clean, good food, nice attractions to visit around. We stayed 3 night at the end of October. Children had enough activities to do, swimming, playing in the game room, visiting Mariazell. In winter it is very busy and we did not find a free place two months before.

“Poor service in a great location and a nice venue”
great location, cold pool, unfriendly staff, not worth booking from their website. The rooms were clean until you lose a slipper under the bed 🙄. The amenities are great the kids love it. The food has great variety and poor quality. The reception staff is SUPER unhelpful.
