“Lovely relaxing week at the JS. Miramar”

This hotel was better than the five star we stayed in last year in Portugal. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling. The whole hotel was spotless with lots of clean sheet and towel changes. The beds were very comfortable too. We had entertainment three nights in the week. Alberto on Sunday evening was really good, playing an organ and singing songs to suit all tastes. He also played the saxophone when he had a break from the organ. The hotel is in an excellent position too right on the sea front at the quieter end of the resort. We had an early pick up time for our return flight and although the dining room doesn’t open until 7.30 the staff told us we could go in when we were ready before 6.30 and have a coffee and cereals and rolls etc, which I thought was a really nice thing to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can see why most people on Trip Advisor have given it five stars. Well done JS Miramar.

“Lovely stay”

We had a lovely stay , room is basic but clean , what made the hotel was the staff , from the cleaning lady Gloria who was so pleasant and kept our room so clean , thank you Gloria, the bar staff were so funny , kept you entertained. We went bed and breakfast, my husband love it , I did like the eggs etc scrambled, fried and id have them on toast, the coffee tasted a bit bitter , later on in the holiday my husband added more milk from the jug and tasted better , there are loads of restaurants to choose from , a lot of seaweed on the beach in front of the hotel but walk left out of the hotel beach better that way , would recommend this hotel , next time we visit Can pica fort, we will stay in this hotel for sure.

“Good value for money”

Very good customer service, well organised and clean. Breakfast and dinner options were OK considering the size of the hotel but meal times were staggered so it was never too busy. Hotel help organise excursions without adding extra costs.

Disturbed by noise from the Kitchen at 6.50am and in the evening everyday I think from aircon. No relaxation in the room. No drawers in the room but 2 bedside round tables, drawers are needed. Disturbed by noise from the Kitchen at 6.50am and in the evening everyday I think from aircon. No relaxation in the room. No drawers in the room but 2 bedside round tables, drawers are needed. Food was good but not the hottest, could do with microwave I didn't see one. Drinks in the restaurant a bit expensive almost 3 euro for water and over 3 euro for a Fanta. Staff friendly and very efficient your plate cleared as soon as you have finished. Not the greatest if solo no one apart from staff spoke to me all week apart from one gentleman on my last morning all week. This resort although nice was mostly German, hardly heard a Spanish person all week apart from staff and only the odd English person/family. Yes I know I'm in Spain but it was predominantly German not the best for a solo traveler. I filled in the 'letter to the Manager form' which said they would contact me but heard nothing. I was sent an email asking me to do this review, but first I replied to the ema. Again no response so here is my review
