“Perfect place to relax, highly recommend”

What a wonderful place, so calm and quiet, exactly what I was hoping for. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful but also extremely professional. The food was lovely, so much choice. The grounds and view are gorgeous. I travelled with my Mum, we just wanted to relax, sunbathe and swim and it was the perfect spot. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away, and it again is beautiful with a lovely bar/restaurant which I would also highly recommend.

“Fabulous hotel”

Fabulous hotel very clean the food was very good all the staff were so friendly and the views are stunning it is just perfect.porto colom is a beautiful little place with plenty of lovely restaurants and a gorgeous beach .I would recommend this hotel and I can't wait to go back

“Simply perfect”

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? An absolute gem of a place for anyone searching for a relaxing, quiet time away. What is there to say that hasn't already been said? An absolute gem of a place for anyone searching for a relaxing, quiet time away. Location, superb, portocolom is perhaps how the rest of Mallorca should be. Hotel, definitely a lovely place, reception outstanding, as is the Mirador and gym on the top floor, rooms more than adequate (ours 116 was huge with a beautiful view) Outside space, probably the best I've had the experience of, little hidden spots, sun beds everywhere, 2 pools, and cliffs to jump into the sea. Staff, a credit to the hotel, from the director, reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners, maintenance guy and the lifeguard I've rarely seen friendlier people who went above and beyond especially if you managed to speak any Spanish to them. Whilst we usually take our children away with us, this time a week of nothingness with just my wife and I, js Cape Colom was the best tonic we could have hoped for. Thanks to everyone of the staff, fellow guests and portocolom for the memories. Keep up the great work, hard work will bring great rewards

Our 5th visit in 7 years to this lovely hotel. The staff - many of whom we remember from previous visits - are friendly, efficient and happy in their work. The restaurant and bar staff are especially efficient and so polite. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day and again the domestic staff are engaging and polite. This time we chose a sea facing room with large terrace, such a wonderful setting to watch the sun go down. The whole place is just so peaceful with plenty of areas for sunbathing and relaxing. We especially like the garden area and nowhere is ever crowded despite the number of people in residence. The food and drinks selection is plentiful and varied and we have nothing but praise for the quality and presentation of all that is on offer every day. It was nice to see the manager frequently on show overseeing his staff and answering any guests questions. It would be nice if it was easier to get from the rocks into the sea via the steps, perhaps with the addition of some hand rails. Otherwise a little too precarious to tackle. All in all another wonderful 2 weeks at JS Cape Colom.
