On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Will definitely return”
This is a great find. Everything works in this room, 411, the air conditioner is great, the king bed is much softer and cushier than the usual Chinese bed - I had a great sleep. “Worth it”
Definitely worth what we payed. around 200 rmb when we booked online, and while the rooms are slightly darker than pictured, the room is definitely bigger than expected. “Great value, good location”
Huge clean room with excellent bedding and lots of hot water--less than $30 booked on line. It's located in a residential area, fairly quiet, but with great metro access to everywhere. Not much English spoken by staff.
