This is a quite beautiful hotel, the staff are all exceptionally helpful and attentive. The rooms, the pools the bars all live up to expectations and prices were not to bad for such a highly rated hotel. Entertainment was appropriate and well suited to the ambience of this hotel. Just one minor niggle, with one rude lady serving/preparing pancakes and waffles. We were B&B and whilst there was a very good selection of breakfast items it didn't quite match expectations. I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.

Not long back from this beautiful hotel, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect, extremely clean and comfortable. We went for a week of rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got, There is a lovely relaxing pool area with a warm pool, a cold pool and jacuzzi, with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel serves lovely food with 3 restaurants on site, it is in a great location close to the beech, and also has a SPA and gym. We will definitely revisit this hotel, such a lovely experience.

“Great Hotel - Clean, super friendly staff and great location.”

We've previously stayed at another Adrian hotel in Tenerife so had hi hopes for this one and we weren't disappointed. I would say that the decor in this one is slightly more traditional in the communal areas but the bedrooms and bathrooms were all modern. It's one of the cleanest hotels we stayed in over the last couple of years too, that includes pool areas, bar, bathrooms and bedrooms! The staff are a real credit to the hotel, everyone in all areas were very friendly and professional and really go out of their way to interact and to help. The location is also perfect with all Costa Adeje has to offer right on your doorstep. Las Américas is only 10 minutes away in a taxi too or a stroll dow the front if you like walking. I should also mention my son loved the hotel cat; don't worry if you're not into pets though as there was only one that we saw and he was super clean and friendly.

My wife and I stayed here recently having been twice before in 2019 and 2021. The best thing about the Hotel are the staff - hard working and friendly across all departments. The Hotel gardens are lovely and kept very well. All public areas cleaned daily. The breakfast is very good as are the lunches and evening meals at the Cascada Restaurant. We were surprised it wasn't used by more guests in the evening rather than the buffet. The main building incorporating the bar / central atrium is very impressive. The sun lounging area is extensive and large enough for all. However, for our experience this time around there were 3 topics of concern for us and possibly others. Firstly, we found it very noisy in our bedroom suite from neighbouring guests. We decided that it was partially guests being inconsiderate during the early hours ie 1am, 2am.... arriving back to their room but it was mainly down to the very poor design and construction of the building itself. Room noise attenuation appeared next to zero which was made worse by having an adjoining room door with a large gap at the bottom. I'm sure our neighbours could listen to our private conversations in our bedroom as easily as we could hear their conversation. I have read here on trip advisor that this has been mentioned before by others who have been offered another room ie the opportunity to move room mid holiday. In my mind, this is not a solution ie to disrupt somebody's holiday where room prices are over £300 per night. The issue is fundamental to the Hotel design and construction. You should never in any circumstance be able to listen to conversations in the next room in a 5 star Hotel. Our 2nd issue was the large heated pool which is saltwater disinfected. Personally I swim a lot on holiday and generally front crawl. Also in any pool or even the sea I cannot float. However, the salt content in this Hotel pool was so high that I could easily float. Swimming for me in this pool became a non-option as it was unpleasant to have eyes, nose, ears etc... in any lingering contact with the water. I have swam in saltwater pools before and they have been nothing as salty as this pool. The other non-heated pool is better but is very cold and difficult to swim for very long. A real disappointment for me. Lastly, I must say the resort of Costa Adeje has gone downhill. The pathway heading towards Las Americas has always been a bit rough and ready with litter etc..... and over commercialised with bars, etc.... and the pathway towards La Caleta better but this time the amount of litter and dog fouling was bad. In addition, I didn't see one single law enforcement officer in our entire 11 day stay where I went along this path twice a day to La Caleta. Right outside the Hotel security gate there must be over 100 cigarette buts left on the ground next to a couple of trees. In essence the place is a complete mess when compared to other resorts that we have been. It's a shame that these things were evident on our holiday. It didn't spoil our holiday because there were good positive aspects but an expensive Hotel where our sleep was continually disturbed, where I struggled to swim and where the resort has become a mess means we will not return.
