“Lovely hotel in great location”

We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with lovely fluffy towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some drinks on the roof terrace which is amazing. We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with lovely fluffy towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some drinks on the roof terrace which is amazing. The breakfast was very good (bar the rather odd fact of having cups too small for the amount of water dispensed) but there was fresh orange juice, fresh pastries, lovely bread etc. No real sense of place in the decor but otherwise would be very happy to stay here again.

“Excellent hotel in a great location”

Hotel is located within the old city of Sevilla. Reception was gracious and welcoming. Our room was on the 4th floor (top floor) and there was a lovely rooftop garden and cafe. We sat of there at night to relax and view the city. Breakfast was excellent.

So we were first in P5 overlooking street balcony.. And opposit lift and staicaae (1st floor).. Two nights zero sleep! Noise +++ and echo.noise magnified in this beautiful marble spotless hotel. Reception were v helpful in moving to much quieter area same floor, no view but thay did matter. Pea… more

So we were first in P5 overlooking street balcony.. And opposit lift and staicaae (1st floor).. Two nights zero sleep! Noise +++ and echo.noise magnified in this beautiful marble spotless hotel. Reception were v helpful in moving to much quieter area same floor, no view but thay did matter. Peace.. and a suite and they removed all breakfast from bill, which was right a d v good customer service. Most staff outstanding to name a few. Aphonso front desk, Fernando, Luis.. Best pool scene city hotel have been too

This hotel offers free valet parking - thankfully! The streets in the area are very narrow. Follow the directions they provide when you book, and you'll have no problem finding it. This hotel offers free valet parking - thankfully! The streets in the area are very narrow. Follow the directions they provide when you book, and you'll have no problem finding it. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to everything. There is also a breakfast available, but it seemed a little expensive so we just went out on our own to find breakfast each morning. The room was reasonably sized, and the bed was comfortable - although it seemed a little short. We could hear people walking in the halls, so if you're a light sleeper this may bother you. There was a nice rooftop deck and a rooftop pool, but we didn't use it as it was quite busy while we were there. The shower was excellent, but the tub was very short, so if you're a bath person, you may have to sit cross-legged. The bathroom had a frosted glass door, so if you need the light in the middle of the night, you may wake the other person sleeping in the bed. Check-out was late - noon - which was nice!
