“Lovely hotel”

Just got back from a 4 night stay with friends at this lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and lots of storage. Just got back from a 4 night stay with friends at this lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and lots of storage. There’s entertainment every night. The food was delicious, we were all inclusive and enjoyed the choice and variety on offer. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach with its crystal clear sea. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great holiday and hotel ”

What a great hotel and holiday! We stayed for 5 nights from the 8/10 and were very impressed - for a 3star hotel the standard was very good with clean spacious rooms, great helpful staff and very good food, well cooked and fresh, unless you were expecting some sort of British pub grub!!. What a great hotel and holiday! We stayed for 5 nights from the 8/10 and were very impressed - for a 3star hotel the standard was very good with clean spacious rooms, great helpful staff and very good food, well cooked and fresh, unless you were expecting some sort of British pub grub!!. I'm well travelled and have stayed in hotels all over the world and can only imagine that some reviewers have never been abroad before! Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the lovely seafront, great seaviews. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, organizing excursions, and a nice touch was that following a brief mention on the feedback form about lack of extra pillows, within a couple of hours these were delivered to the room. I would recommend and return, very good value and no complaints.😊

First the positives - reception and bar staff were very friendly and always helpful. Restaurant staff were very efficient - sometimes a little too keen to remove your plate as soon as the fork went down. Pool was a good size for the hotel. Entertainment man was sadly a little unseen and I did hear him say the hotel shuts next week so he is not bothered when someone joked about him sitting around. There wasn't many kids around for him to be running clubs but he didn't seem to make much effort to talk to anyone. The area is beautiful, a little quiet but we expected that in October. The biggest negative was the food. We always stay in all inclusive and have always been able to find food but sadly this was the worst choice all inclusive we have ever been to. The food was always cold, and very little choice. Even breakfast was lacking in choice and we had to use the microwave for every meal. The snack bar had hot dogs or burgers and chips and again the food was very cold and left out all day with the flies and not very appetising. We was a party of 6 and all struggled but one of our party was a vegetarian and she was not catered for at al. It has put us off smaller hotels. The spa was ok for free but the sauna was not on all the time so this left a small pool with a Jacquizzi and the water was not very warm.
