On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“6 day visit”
Have read reviews on this and had mixed feelings regarding them. We went as 5 adults and 1 baby and on arrival noticed how clean the area was. “The best accessible hotel in Valencia!”
I had a group of clients in the Ilunion Aqua 4 hotel; some of them in wheelchair. It's probably the best hotel in Valencia to go to if you need adapted/wheelchair accessible rooms. Rooms are very spacious and clean. But breakfast were not too great, not too much hot food were served. Customer service was excellent, everyone at reception were super helpful and fluent in English speaking which were greatly appreciated. Thank you!

“Mixed Feelings”
As we exit the lift to the Hotel arrived to a deluge of smokers with big stand up Ash Trays outside each lift thats exactly where their going to Stand so why not move them to a dedicated Smoking Area . “Nice hotel in a good location”
Staff are friendly, nice, clean hotel in a good location. The hotel is a short walk from the Science Museum, Oceanogràfic and metro. The only major let down is that the air con was non existent. If we stayed there in the warmers months we would have followed up on this whilst we were on property.
