“Lovely experience”

We had a very comfortable stay here. They provided us with everything we needed. Also, Luis is such a kind, helpful, and friendly person. He is representative of the welcoming environment the hotel promises. We'd definitely stay here again, thank you!

A lovely stay, no complaints, me and my partner was very happy. The staff was lovely and rooms were comfortable and clean. Mini fridge in the room and all drinks are complementary which I thought was a lovely touch, quite a few different drinks as well. The safe in the room didn’t work but wasn’t a bother for me and my partner. The room itself was small but perfect for a couple. Beds were comfortable and clean bedding. Tv only had Spanish shows. Bathroom was lovely and has a double sink, shower was very hard water but also had a bathtub. The walls were a little thin and could sometimes hear the neighbours, but luckily didn’t effect us as our neighbours were quiet during night/mornings. The hotel itself is lovely and the lobby also has complementary treats and fresh water. The hotel has many quiet seating areas (which was helpful for checkout and waiting) and also separate meeting rooms. They had a lovely diffuser which made the lobby smell nice. They also let us in 3 hours before check in time, this was extremely helpful. The hotel has breakfast available to people who book breakfast included, me and my partner did not add this. The hotel is in the best location and is very easy to walk to all shops/restaurants/beach/cathedral. A 5 minute walk up the road to the Barcelona cathedral and many shops too! PERFECT LOCATION. Was a little worried about some reviews I read before coming, but I would happily come back again. A lovely and pleasant stay and both me and my partner are very happy.

Was surprised how small the room was. I asked for 2 separates beds and the pulled apart the bed to make it two. The space was limit which means the beds were still so close we could have rolled over onto each other. The also made walking around the bed challenging, especially at night. Not ideal to share with someone you're not intimate with. The walls are very thin, I could here when the room next to me flushed their toilet and hear their alarms.
