“Piscina Nuevo Mundo”
Amazing experience at the pool bar. Carlos and Henry are excellent. 10/10 service. We are here for 7 days and come regularly. Every day is always a great experience with amazing service and amazing views. We recommend it and will be back soon. thank you for everything!

The hotel is so comfortable. The staff was always friendly and offered good service all the time, especially the receptionists and the concierges. I highly recommend this hotel for every kind of trip. Also the location is top! For sure I’ll be back!

“Nice restaurant and the Cuban people.”
Very nice the service in the lobby bar "el portico" with the lady ISIS and Niurys, the man caraballo he always said yes. Nice drinks, I love the cristal beer. I like to speak with the Cuban people , because I like Cuba and the people is very friendly.
