“Good hotel with cool facilities for young kids”

They have wonderful slides for kids at Camp Hyatt. Many free activities available for family & the pool is just nice.

Had a wonderful 3 nights stay here in March. Did not do my homework properly. The hotel while facing the beach, the immediate beach front is not for beach activities due to the shallow and rocky sea bed. Nearest beach is Kamala beach which is about 30 mins walk (the resort has hourly transport to-and-fro the beach). This disappointment aside, I still want to give this a 5-star rating. The hotel is pretty new and the design is resort/modern. It is built along the slope of a hill, so the rooms are terrace like. Buggy is a must for the commute between room and main hotel floor. The room is fantastic. I like the full glass bathroom/bedroom view. There is also a balcony which allows me to lounge around when I don't feel like hitting the pool. There is a few good restaurants within the hotel premises (Casa Boho is good). Hotel breakfast is a feast and has enough variety to satisfy all guests. The pool is big with many lounge chair and beds. If you don't feel like going out of the hotel, there are also many activities available for kids and adults alike. They organise fitness workshops throughout the day and you can attend it FOC. Some classes require a small fee. The gym is spacious but lacked variety of weights machine. All in all, a very good stay here.

Great hotel. Lovely views from the hill top bar and a good DJ. Breakfast was great. Dinner was also very good, but very very expensive. Great hotel. Lovely views from the hill top bar and a good DJ. Breakfast was great. Dinner was also very good, but very very expensive. Family room with two bedrooms was spacious with good storage and a lovely plung pool. The view from the room was the back of a restaurant. There is a road between the hotel and the seafront, not too busy. And the sea is a rocky reef rather than sand. Pool is huge. You have to take a taxi or the shuttle to get to town. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice modern comfortable room with super cool aircon for such a hot country. The pool area is so enjoyable. The breakfast is lovely but the restaurant reception area is too hot but not as bad as the Regency club-the worst right there. More aircon there maybe? Good choice of alcoholic bev there, though. The savoury food should be better during the evening cocktail.
