“Wonderful staff and a fabulous stay in Playa de Palma”

We have just returned from a 1 week stay at the hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Check in with Sumit was swift, professional and friendly and our room on floor 5 had a lovely side sea view and was immaculately clean. The decor is modern and calming and the beds are memory foam so very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and again, exceptionally clean and the layout and lighting was wonderful for getting ready. We had our first dinner in the dining room a few hours after arrival and were greeted by the wonderfully helpful and professional Manolo who seated us close to the buffet as my husband struggles with walking. He made sure this was our table for the whole week which was both thoughtful and made our lives easier. Food is the dining room is varied and of very good quality and we always found something we wanted to eat each evening. Wine was very nice too and we were gifted a bottle as we checked in as we had booked directly via the hotel website. Breakfast was equally as good- again everything from cereals,, bread, cheeses, cold meats as well and salad items, fruit and hot cooked breakfast for those who wanted it. Tea, coffee and juices are self serve and unlimited. The dining room staff are incredible- Pepe is super friendly, thoughtful and efficient and does not stop working the whole time while Antonia always has a smile and kind word- theses staff in particular really made our stay special and we looked forward to seeing them at meal times. The hotel was wonderfully peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the world go by and also around the pool when it was warm enough. Hotel reception staff were helpful explaining where we could catch the bus into Palma which we did twice (number 23 or 25) and also booked our taxi for our return to the airport at the end of our holiday. Our room was always beautifully clean and fresh and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. 2 tiny things that would make our stay more comfortable would be perhaps a couple of small bottles of water in the room certainly for when guests arrive and also a kettle to make tea/ coffee ( I know this is not always common is Spanish hotels ) as by the end of the holiday we were missing a cup of tea first thing in the morning. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the hotel - you made our stay so enjoyable and we really would love to come back.

Very good, clean and peaceful hotel. Very helpful reception staff (besides a man that looked displeased most of the time). There was a wide range of food both at breakfast and dinner. A small minus is a cold water in jacuzzi and the leakage of water in shower at the room.

“Spain vacation”

Wonderful hotel, had great time there, perfect view, clean spacious room, abundant food, the sea was just 1 minute walk from the hotel, supermarket nearby, 15 minutes bus ride to Palma center. Also Palma aquarium is in 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

“very nice quite hotel”

Excellent location, nice quite hotel, helpful and friendly stuff, dissent level of cleaning, very handy location to the airport and also to the Palma city. We had a very late check in but everything was ready and prepared.
