The hotel is well located, within walking distance to the city centre & many attractions. “Very comfortable”

“Comfortable stay family of 3”
We had a pleasant stay at Mercure Launceston. Room was comfy and spacious, only thing toilet/bathroom maybe a little squeezed in together. Other than that no issues at all. Staff were friendly and nice. We took the package with breakfast which had some nice choices. They have parking onsite as well… more

“Hotel ok. Can do better.”
Need railings in the foyer or a ramp instead of stairs. Suitcases hard to get to the car in carpark. Must move car to the front of the hotel. Restaurant needs to update the music and provide better seating, lighting and and more varied menu.
