Jest tam również próbce wody z kranem. Dobra lokalizacja: blisko Plaza Mayor, restauracje, sklepy spożywcze (i cervezas), itp. Mają bezpłatna kawa, owoce i woda w holu. Śniadania są również smaczne: mamy wybór soków owocowych lub świeże owoce, jaja to zrobić, ponieważ lubimy, bułki z masłem i dżemem i kawy lub gorącej czekolady. To piękny hotel, a nasz pokój jest z widokiem na ulicę, a co za tym idzie jest bardzo głośno. spaliśmy z zatyczkami do uszu - więc hałas nie przeszkadza nam tak dużo, jak to niektórzy. Kiedy meldowaliśmy się, nie patrzeć na niektóre inne pokoje, a niektóre pokoje są małe i mało naturalnego światła. Nie ma windy. Personel hotelu pomoże Państwu z bagażem, ale dla osób, które mają problemy z poruszaniem wyzwania to może być problem.

Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony, tuż przy wejściu do miasta, w odległości krótkiego spaceru do centrum miasta i turystycznej części miasta. Jest również łatwy dostęp do innych turystycznych poza miastem, unikając ruch z centrum. Hotel jest ładny, pokoje są małe, a personel jest bardzo miły. Ale, pokoje i hotel w ogóle ma problemów związanych z hałasem: można łatwo zatyczki tego co się dzieje w kuchni, muzyka, hałas z innych pokoi, itp. .. siedzisz, szczególnie w nocy lub w godzinach porannych.

“Nice but not as described”

We booked this hotel through booking.com, and, although it was a fairly decent basic hotel, it was not what we were lead to believe. Booking.com said it had air conditioning and mountain views. We booked this hotel through booking.com, and, although it was a fairly decent basic hotel, it was not what we were lead to believe. Booking.com said it had air conditioning and mountain views. We saw 3 rooms and none had AC, fan or any view at all! Our initial room was very dark with a window which faced immediately onto the wall of another building, allowing very little light in. We noticed a loud electrical noise right outside which occurred every few minutes, perhaps a generator of some kind. We figured it would keep us awake and tried to ask if it would continue all night, but it was a little difficult to get our point across with limited Spanish. We eventually asked to move rooms, and were given a 3 person room with a double and single bed, which was fine, although there was no external window, only one facing into the central area. However, 5 minutes later, the woman from reception knocked on our door to tell us she hadn't realised we were staying more than one night, and that this room was in fact booked from tomorrow. So we moved again to the only available room, which had 2 single beds- not ideal for a couple, but the room was larger and, in fairness, it was our choice to move from the original double, so we decided to take it. This too didn't have a proper window, just a small skylight with a curtain we could not reach to open. Although AC was not really needed, the room did get very hot and stuffy during the day and a fan or a window which opened would have made it more pleasant. The hotel and rooms were clean and pleasant with a nice terrace. A few minor things, such as our towels not being changed, toiletries not replaced and minibar never refilled, could be improved upon. Staff were friendly and helpful, but non-Spanish speaking guests should be aware no English is spoken, so it may be difficult to make requests understood. It is located a 10 minute walk outside the old town, on a quiet street which is good for sleep quality but a little creepy to walk along late at night- nobody around.All in all a nice hotel but it is not accurately described on booking.com and may lead to disappointment if you are expecting mountain views and air conditioned rooms!
