I visited this hotel with my two daughters for a short break and had a great time. The main highlight was the activities for children. Mine are 9 and 11 and they thoroughly enjoyed joining in the activities that ranged from gold and archery to raft building and canoeing. There is also a mini Go Ape style climbing equipment which they loved. They don’t usually join in with the kids club activities on holidays, so the fact they did here is a big recommendation! The hotel is quite nice, perhaps a little dated. The room was very spacious, the food was good (something for all tastes) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. In all, I arrived with no expectations (I booked it without too much research) but left feeling like we’d had a really great time and glad that we chose this hotel.

I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but went to the hotel with an open mind. We arrived after 10.30pm and missed dinner but on check in were informed that food had been left in the fridge and complementary water. We got to our room and there was fruit, water, bread for the toaster and food from the buffet for us. Breakfast every day was brilliant and we had lunch a few times during the week but as we went out a few times we used the snack bar when we returned if we missed lunch. Drinks are pre made cocktails in jugs or wine and sangria on tap. I’m not a drinker so had the alcohol free options which were plentiful. The beach club across the road was a really good day out. We managed to find sun beds each day we went. The TUI representatives helped us to navigate the local busses and offered advice on places to go out of the complex if required. The rooms were cleaned every day and even if we were in, the cleaners came back around later on. The dinner buffet was plentiful and even though I have allergies, I always found something to eat. The staff were amazing and constantly cleaning and replenishing. We visited both a la carte restaurants and really enjoy these too. Daytime entertainment was geared around the children and you could participate or just chill by the pool. We didn’t participate in the evening entertainment as we were just too tired from daytime activities! We had an amazing week and would definitely return in future.

“Secure and friendly”

We went as three generations but all of us thought it was brilliant. The room was huge, a little bit knocked about but only to be expected in a family hotel. The maid service was good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fine. We could always find something we enjoyed. We went across the bridge to the aqua park only once. It was enjoyable but the kids preferred the smaller pool by the snack bar. It was perfect to let the kids aged 7 to 10 to play safely and for us to relax. We had a wheelchair for my husband which was fine but we hired a mobility scooter. We could plug it in at the lobby overnight. I can recommend Hola Mobility 0034 693 547 666. They went out of their way to deliver it that day and did not ask for a deposit. It was 80 Euros for just over 4 days. The evenings were relaxing as the kids could play safely.
