I wasn’t sure about coming here after reading some of the bad reviews and it being our first family holiday abroad however, how wrong was i reading some of these! We loved every minute of our stay! This is coming from someone who is very particular on things and if I see a bad review would normally then not go! I see a few comments saying hotel/rooms are outdated! Yes not my cup of tea with colour but it’s not my hotel not my choice people expect too much! We had huge bed which was comfy, large bathroom which had a shower, bath with a shower in , two sinks and toilet. Lounge area with dining table and sofa bed separate kitchen with fridge and balcony. We just used this to sleep in as we were out of the room all day and eve! Rooms were cleaned everyday with towels being changed Think we had one day where we struggled to get sun loungers but that’s because we are not ones to go and reserve! Noticed people would reserve when pool opened and then you wouldn’t see them back till late afternoon. Pools in hotel and water park were absolutely freezing but we still went in or used the indoor pool! Food, I am very fussy and so is my daughter however, I always found something I liked Salad choice was so good! children’s section was a bit repetitive with chips, chicken nuggets and sandwiches so by end of the holiday she did get a bit bored of them! Lunch sometimes we went to snack bar others we went into main restaurant but always found something we would eat! I would say sandwich’s which are left out for you to have maybe not the best with the heat. Entertainment Spanish and English, day and evening I would say makes the hotel! They are absolutely fantastic there is something for everyone fantastic for the kids!! If I had to say one bad thing it would be the toilets downstairs that everyone uses near the indoor entertainment! They are disgusting, the smell and the mess but again I wouldn’t say that was the hotels fault it’s the general public who have no respect, rubbish on floor instead of bins, dirty nappies being left in changing area, toilet roll on floor instead of toilet. We stopped using them in the end and would walk back to our room! We would definitely revisit this hotel staff are all lovely make you feel very welcome we had a fantastic time here

“Perfect hotel for families ”

Had an amazing holiday, hotel has everything for all ages. We went with our 5 and 4 year old and they had the best time. There is always an activity or something on so they are constantly having fun. Had an amazing holiday, hotel has everything for all ages. We went with our 5 and 4 year old and they had the best time. There is always an activity or something on so they are constantly having fun. The place is very safe and completely set up for kids. The beach club attached to hotel is brilliant for a change of scenery again with so much to do, and the all inclusive is included over there too. We only left the hotel or beach club once to go to the beach for a day which is only a 5minute walk aswell, but other than that we didn't feel like we needed to leave the hotel as the entertainment there was always brill. The reps, kids clubs and evening entertainment by all the hv staff was always good. Only downside we could pick at was the evening entertainment in the piano bar was on til midnight and was very loud when trying to get to sleep in our room, this isn't the entertainments fault as we know some people will be up later but maybe better soundproofing in the room could be improved. We are already looking for next year though as we had an amazing time and would definatley recommend.

We had a fabulous family holiday here. The facilities for young families are excellent. We were nervous travelling as I was very pregnant and we have a very active 2 year old. The HV crèche made our holiday. Our son adored going in for a play. He loved Cathy, Dalila, Lucia and Fran. They were all so warm and friendly that we felt so reassured leaving our son with them. A big thank you as you made the holiday for all 3 of us.
