Lovely hotel. I cannot understand why anyone can give a poor review. We had a lovely holiday all 12 of us. Staff are amazing, the pool area is stunning, the rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage, hotel is spotlessly clean, the food was absolutely bang on and we ate very well every day for our entire stay of 10 nights. The shuttle bus down to the bottom of the hill was great and we never had to wait too long for a pick up. Can’t fault the place at all. We holiday to Spain 3 times a year every year and have stayed in many, many hotels and apartments and this place is absolutely lovely. Thank you for a lovely holiday! Room 414

Firstly would like to say what a brilliant time we had at this hotel. Travelled 5 adults and 1 child (7 old nephew) The Hotel is amazing and very quirky, very Nice hotel! Our Junior Suite was better than expected very big and roomy, Big bathroom, lovely terrace with wonderful sea view!! The beds however little hard were comfortable beds and did have a good sleep!! The food was delicious and Lots of choice, good quality.. and different theme nights which we enjoyed! The hot food snacks in the afternoons were lovely, burgers hot dogs chips salads and plenty of cake options. The staff were amazing and very polite, been to many all inclusive and this by far was lovely for a 7 night Easter Holiday! The aqua park and beach all 10 minute walk but advisable to get the free shuttle bus as hotel is on a steep long hill... ALL staff so nice and helpful! You do get complementary shampoo and shower gel in rooms. And please remember 25 euro refundable deposit per adult for your wrist band on arrival this is actually your way to get in your rooms, as the chip is located in the wristband! I would definitely recommend this hotel, specially with children, Luke loved the kids club Easter hunt activity day.. and he loved the giraffes and the inside bridge where he enjoyed walking over the "inside" pool! Lovely hotel, nothing to complain about if honest. Hotel, rooms, food, drinks, entertainment, all staff, location, views ; all perfect!!! We will be back ... thankyou Hotel RIWO x

We stayed here, for a few days of sunshine, and on the whole it was ‘ok.’ The beach club is great and so much space and options - if all inclusive, then this carries on down there. Disappointed that we were told we could get food down there, only to be told it does not start until May. The free shuttle service to the beach club is very welcome, especially on the way back up the hill and runs throughout the day. Food is quite basic and lacks flavour - also 90% cold! When I raised this, was pointed to a microwave, to re warm my food!!! This is not acceptable at any hotel, let alone one that is boasting 4 star rating! Rooms are clean and good size - we had a mini suite. Daily cleaning service which is great. The shower continually runs freezing cold and boiling hot, no matter what time of the day, so be careful as it can scold you! We arrived late, and the hotel had plated up some food, which was a nice touch. For what we paid, it was OK, but I wouldn’t be returning back.

Yes, very decent. Only thing that let's it down is the location; so far away from everything. Welcoming hotel, pleasant atmosphere and staff. Lovely and clean. Huge room to the hillside and mini golf, well equipped and maintained. Food was reasonable, no complaints. Pool area and artificial grass was terrific with an excitable 6 year old. Only complaint was an extremely poor play area in the evening following mini disco. Beach club and bus is fantastic. Great service.
