Make the best of it The accommodations reasonable. The beds were on the small side, but then again I am 6’4”. My stay was only 2 days to celebrate my daughter’s birthday who working with the local University. The staff was not overly friendly but did their job. The center courtyard is laid out nicely. With a pool nearby (But closes at 7PM). I read a lot of reviews on Trip Advisor (Good & Bad). Decided to give it a chance. It is not the Ritz-Carlton. The hotel does not have complementary items. I did not plan to spend most of my time in my room, so it served its purpose. The market is close by but very expensive (Oreo’s were $10.00).

“Under-staffed hotel results in poor customer service.”

Hotel says rooms not available until after 4:30pm and then it took over an hour to check us into two of our three rooms. Only one staff behind the counter and our third room wasn’t available until 6:15pm. Rooms were fine but we had to ask for towels and hair dryer that worked. They do clean rooms... more

Hotel says rooms not available until after 4:30pm and then it took over an hour to check us into two of our three rooms. Only one staff behind the counter and our third room wasn’t available until 6:15pm. Rooms were fine but we had to ask for towels and hair dryer that worked. They do clean rooms daily but not until 3pm so we waited in the courtyard after returning from our morning activities. Breakfast at restaurant was cancelled in the middle of service because of an “incident” (we think the chef quit). Convenient location almost across the street from C-A ferry terminal. This hotel could be very much better if they had the appropriate number of staff. Friendly staff but it’s not their fault there are not enough of them.
