“Deceiving look from outside and lobby”

Although hard to find entrance if you aren’t from the area and from the outside doesn’t look that nice, it’s a deceiving hotel. Although hard to find entrance if you aren’t from the area and from the outside doesn’t look that nice, it’s a deceiving hotel. The hallways, lobby and elevators need improvement, but the rooms are spacious and nice. Rooms were updated before Wyndham took over. Rooms are clean and larger than normal hotel rooms. Price is usually the best in the are, but it seems Wyndham has raised pricing or it could just be Bidenomics causing the problem. I believe all rooms are hardwood floors instead of carpet. I believe many hotels are going this direction because it’s easier to keep clean.

The best thing going here is the friendly staff. The hotel is going through a remodeling process and much of the hotel is needing some kind of repair. The rooms are pretty spacious, however, some guests have decided to take a puff or two inside the rooms making it difficult for personnel to fully remove the cigarette smell. Only one elevator was working while on my stay and the halls were pretty cold because of the drafts from the service doors.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and here are my pros and cons list: PROS: • Bedroom, spacious and comfortable • Nice people at the lobby • Decent price for 10 night stay • Large smart TV (which the first room did not have… so if you don’t get a nice tv ask to change rooms). CONS: • Miserable lobby • Must ask 2 or 3 times if you want your room cleaned • Location is sketchy. Close to things though… Even the Ubers get confused. • No available water… you have to pay for little plastic water bottles at the lobby • Key card issues (had to change rooms on the 5th day still having key issues). • Our toilet did not really work/flush. • You can either get a decent view of the city or a sh*ty one of the hallways. (I know this again because I changed rooms halfway through my stay).
