“We will be back!”

Perfect for families with kids. There were so many options to entertain them. In fact my kids preferred to stay in the resort over Disney. Will definitely be back. Clean, and everyone so friendly. Food was good too and economical. Beautiful views and lots of pool

“Good stay bad food”

Buffet was not worth 30$ a person. Bedroom was great staff was great. Pool was good as well are transportation to Disney. Only complaint was the food. For family the price was good. Disney springs right down the road is nice for shopping. Room was always clean.

For the most part our stay was good. We arrived at 8am and they were able to check us in early which was a positive but the water was off which wasn’t great and the room a bit run down. But they were able to switch our room and were very helpful so overall it was good.

Read entirely! My overall stay here was not bad but we ran into a few snags along the way that left a bad taste in my mouth about this resort. We took our son here for his birthday. Let me start with the plus side. If you are looking for a resort where the kids can have fun for free in the water..this resort is it! The waterpark/pool was a major success. My son loved it. The room we had was not too bad. Comfy queen size bed and the draws were nice to keep our clothes in (this was the 2 bedroom suite). It had tvs in all the rooms, pull out couch, microwave, coffee maker and mini frig. They aren’t hounding you about bracelets (for the pool), I say that to say this check-in is at 4pm, we were able to go into the pool area until it was almost time to check-in which was nice. It wasn’t like security was watching your every move & telling you what you couldn’t do. The pool area was open until 9pm👍 Now to nitty griddy 👎 The 2-bedroom suite only have one door which is where the queen size bed is located. Where the kids slept at did not have a door so no privacy. The drawers in the kids room were not up-to-date. They were not aligned properly but they were large drawers. There’s little to no housekeeping. You had to call for extra towels, for someone to clean the bathroom, change the garbage, etc. They told me they do housekeeping every 5 days. That was a major downer for me. And this part took the cake. They shut down the water for “maintenance” on a Tuesday from 11am-after 2pm. Which caused an inconvenience for us to get ready for the day. Why do that at the peak hours when everyone is up & about. I booked through Priceline & through there they do not charge you the resort fee until you check-in. I assumed I paid already through my package deal & when I checked in the lady advised me that it was paid for already so all I had to worry about was the parking fee. Well turned out that wasn’t the case. They tried to charge my card the day before we were leaving and locked me out of the room. I’m like if your worker said it was shown as paid, how does this mistake fall all on me. The manager was nice enough to discount the price so I could pay and get back into the room, however, after I checked out they attempted to take the balance off my card instead of adjusting the bill 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was mentally and financially exhausted from this stay. Next time I’ll be better prepared or book elsewhere because as many times as I’ve been to Orlando, I’ve never had any of these issues. So if you want to stay here just have everything in order (parking/resort fees, be prepared to stock up the bathroom at check-in and make sure your not staying on a day when they do water maintenance. Hope this helps you with booking your stay. I honestly would book again but only off the strength of the waterpark there.
