“Dreams are made here ”

Arrived from the airport helpful staff during check-in nothing was to much trouble . we were in a preferred room overlooking the pool food was excellent cannot find a fault about our week stay will definitely be back .great sea views from 1 of preferred pools

We had an amazing stay at the Dreams hotel and we did not want to leave! First of all the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the hotel is super nice and very clean, the food from the buffet is really good (best breakfast ever!) and varied and the pools are great especially the infinity pool with the swim up bar for preferred members but also the kids pool with the water slides. We will definitely come back!

Arrival was smooth as we booked a separate transfer so no one else booking in. Great welcome with cava and cold flannel. They heavy rely on the app with all the information, restaurant times etc and no boards with entertainment details (for info) Overall the stay was good. The hotel is extremely clean, the bed is huge and was great having a mini bar which was restocked as we were all inclusive. There was a single bed for my daughter rather than a sofa bed and that was great The things that have let this 5 star down was under cooked meat in the buffet. Burger and salmon- put me off eating there. We visited 2 of the ala carte restaurants and there was a delay in sabor and was told on several occasions someone would come take our order on the third time of passing a waiter said he would just take the order. Steak arrived, but not cooked how we had asked for it. We also visited the Italian which I loved but on checking out was told we were charged for red wine. I said we were all inclusive. He said they offer wine, I explained that we hadn’t seen a menu to select from and wasn’t aware of a charge. They removed this after I insisted I hadn’t requested a specific bottle we only requested red wine when we were seated - but be mindful. There are no bracelets at this resort but due to the varying pricing structures, B and B, AI And preferred all inclusive. You are asked for your room number when ordering drinks or being seated, again in check out I was to be charged for drinks I hadn’t ordered. Again he went off to check - particularly worrying as if you order things not included within your AI package they check your room number and have your photos on the device. So someone had given the incorrect room number and this hadn’t been challenged even though they had our photos. This system is clearly flawed and would recommend being back bracelets (nice ones perhaps like the Royalton hotel chain) We ate in the barefoot grill at lunch (well after 3 as this is for preferred guests from 12) we waited for 45 minutes for our food (burger, salmon bagel and chicken fingers) for the burger to some our raw in the middle. We ate out more than I would have liked - I understand sometimes all inclusive can be samey- but this was more to do with the quality of cooking. I have spoken to guest services and they were helpful We hired the Bali beds twice during our stay and we liked this area. Shame as we thought infinity pool was accessible and part of reason for selecting g this hotel over another but can’t access this unless you are a preferred guest The location is amazing and situated perfectly- can’t fault it! Twice we encountered rude staff, I was waiting at the bar when someone pressed a buzzer for a drink from o r of the Bali beds.. he let out a sigh as if he was annoyed at doing his job. And another time - same guy at a different bar again had a queue of staff but he was refilling the straws rather than serving and then rude that there was a queue.. very odd! Weather was amazing!! First half of the weeks loads of sun Beds but towards the second half all gone by 10. When people went for breakfast - and because a few do it. You end up doing it just to get a bed 🤦🏼‍♀️ Animation team good cAnt remember names but a young guy from Hungary and lady.. very enthusiastic! On checking out we used the complimentary room for a shower which we booked the day before leaving, but when we arrived at the allotted time was asked to wait and would give us the key when it was returned, we then asked again ten mins later and was given the key that had been waiting on the side. So with less than 20 mins for three of us, we then had a bang on the door as the next group were sent down to hurry us along rather than coming themselves! Overall hotel is in a fantastic location with some great staff.. poor management of staff, food and general day to day basics ruined some of our experiences . I think the structure for drinks is too complex and does t currently work. Some staff need training in hospitality and food seriously needs some work Slides are great 👍 always clean but again at the kids pool bar there were no plastic glasses left so had wine out of a paper cup Towel wait was an hour one morning as they ran out, didn’t have ingredient for several drinks etc… just day to day management that could be improved Hope this doesn’t come across as too much of a main. But an honest review. Some good parts to this hotel but also not a five star
