Beautiful seafront hotel. Booked Preferred club, double room with breakfast. Highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to return!

Our 1st family holiday since before covid. The hotel looks fantastic upon arrival, spotlessly clean and we're greeted by a great reception team and a cold towel to refresh us after our journey. We stayed in a family room with sea view, the room was massive with a huge queen size bed and 2 large doubles, 2 large wall mounted tvs and a great mini bar that was restocked daily. Restaurants were fantastic. The main buffet had a great selection mornings/lunchtime/evenings. I go on holiday to try lots of different foods and unless your an extremely fussy eater, then there should be something to suit everyone. We tried the Italian and the barefoot grill lunch restaurant once during our stay and both times the food and service were outstanding. Pools and hotel grounds are clean and well looked after, pools were slightly refreshing to get in, lots of sunbeds,and we found that there was never any sunbed reserving,and could quite easily get a bed by the pool at 9:30 am. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great walks to the marina and seafront shops just out the back gate. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and sandy. We stayed all-inclusive and this gives you almost everything that you need for a family holiday. If I was coming as just a couple or on my own,then I would probably upgrade to preferred, but it's not essential. Overall, this is one of the best hotels in Europe we have stayed in and would not hesitate to book again, Playa Blanca is a fantastic place to holiday. The only 2 negatives, if I was being picky are that the hotel could do with another bar open in the evenings, as we found the main lobby bar to be very busy and had to wait a long time for drinks whilst the entertainment was on. And it would be better to have earlier access to the barefoot grill lunch restaurant before 3pm. Preferred club can use it from 12pm ,but if your all-inclusive, you can't access it till 3pm.

“Nice hotel”

Excellent hotel with a wide range of facilities for all ages. There’s a wide range of different restaurants, with suit a wide range of tastes. The location is great for access to the local town and markets. The facilities for children and really good both day and night.

Fantastic location,fantastic staff. Food & variety very good. We decided to have the preferred club option & I am pleased that we did but it lacked what we had come to appreciate in other Dreams Hotels. The preferred club lounge was real disappointment, only open until 1900 hours, no bar & not in a good location, the pool & swim up bar was good but let down by sun bed with no mattresses so not that comfortable. Perhaps the main complaint was when we were ordered to stop using the sun umbrellas when it became windy. These were very well bolted into the ground & should not have been able to be a danger but apparently one had snapped injuring a guest, the staff were quite aggressive in their approach to this. This should not happen in a 5* hotel especially when having paid a lot of money to upgrade. Lanzarote is renowned for its wind so this was totally unacceptable. We could not fault the staff in the restaurants and bar, they were all amazing & had our drinks waiting for us as we arrived every evening. We loved the hotel but it just lacked a few things.
