“Fabulous holiday”

We had a really lovely 2 week family vacation. Couldn’t fault it at all. Everything was very clean. Food was good. Nice selection of variations. Kids loved it. Super close to the beach. Staff were all lovely.

Great location on the sea front with a short walk to Marina or centre. Lovely friendly and welcoming staff who look after you well. Good choice of pool areas, food and drink options. I would definitely go back.

Staff so friendly and attentive, always happy to help out if ever we needed anything (highchairs, childrens buggy hire, directions to local places) Rooms cleaned to a very high standard. Great evening entertainment every night. Enjoyed the Daytime activities too with Mario and Guillermo. Spa was out of this world. Fantastic massage and great relaxing space. My grandchildren enjoyed the kids explorers club with kind and friendly staff.Thankyou for a memorable holiday !!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have just left the hotel today and are so sad to be leaving. We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the years and have seen many changes. The hotel had a major renovation and change of ownership in 2020/2021. It is fair to say that the new hotel struggled after reopening just like everywhere else after Covid. We have stuck with the hotel through these times and have witnessed it just get better and better. The food was one issue that they had but we have to say that there is no longer any problems. We ate in the hotel at the various restaurants and all were excellent. The quality and choice has greatly improved. Above everything else there has always been one common factor that has never changed and that is the staff. They are all excellent and it is lovely to see the same faces there every time. I think that tells you something about the hotel. There are far too many people to mention but special thanks to Victor, Alicia,Miranda, Marta who really made our stay special. Our housekeeping was Grace who kept our room spotless. The bar areas were very efficient and special thanks to Immer, Ali, Yosel, Ahmed, Lourdes, Saed, Abraham and Kevin. With regards to the restaurant a special mention to Ana (Breakfast), Aroa, Ara and Rocio. Also thanks to Miris and Efraín (porters). Can’t wait to return. Thank you all so much. Barry & Carol.
