What a fab place to stay. Ignore the negative reviews. This was our first family holiday. We arrived on an early flight and got to the appartment earlier than the 5pm check in time. However, the lovely receptionist checked and we were able to go in our room at 3:45pm. We stayed on the ground floor and had access to the pool and park, which was perfect for our daughter. There are 3 salt water pools, our daughter mostly stayed in the kids pool which was great. Our apartment was very clean and tidy and we had fresh towel change on Wednesday. There is a supermarket on site which opens from 8am, they have freshly baked breads, brioche etc… Sun loungers- get your towels and pegs ready from 9am onwards, when they un-lock them. The town is a 10min walk around the harbour from the apartments, some lovely food places and also the beach is there too. We have nothing to complain about this place. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We will be returning here at some point.

I'm giving this a 9 out of 10 for a 3 star,we had a floor see view looking at Lanzarote, beautiful view of the waves and surfing 5 minutes walk to the old town, or 15 along the beach perfect if you're able, the apartment was clean bed was comfortable enough basic but everything you need for self catering,fridge microwave kettle 2 hobs. Decent shop for everything you need. little bar with music and karaoke 1 night if you stay in, quirky! The menu for restaurant looked good but didn't try .pool snack bar with basics cheese burgers fries etc, beer was £3 euros, pool area was big enough with 2 pools, didn't seem to chavtastic.friendly staff, I would definitely stop here again, bargain.if want 5 star, book 5 star. The pool area and snack bar is nice, as well as the bar at night time inside. The reception staff and snack bar staff were friendly. If you struggle with mobility then I would say for you to stay closer to the town and square. It is about a 15 minute walk through a residential area so I personally wouldn’t want to stay if I was a solo traveller and walking back by myself at night. It is on the sea front but the sea is very rough so the area is much windier than closer to the main strip. The real down side to this place is the cleanliness. We stayed for 5 nights and the cleaners didn’t come into our room once. It is very tired looking and basic cleanliness isn’t up to scratch. We had clean bedding which was a plus and only spend minimal time in a room but even for us, this would need to drastically improve if we were to stay again. There is also no lift and only one way in and out of the hotel which is a big loop round to try and get to the main strip. If I was to come back, I would stay closer to the main strip.

Bristol playa is dated and looking tired, apartments are short of a general overhaul. Everywhere needs a lick of paint, Room furniture is dated, and then there are things like loose door handles, window locks that won’t shut properly etc, balcony door rattling all night in the wind. Also ants all over our room, even crawling in bed. There are some bonkers things going on, for instance, rooms cleaned once per week. This would be ok if it were structured, we stayed for 1 week, our room was cleaned on day 2, meaning that it wasn’t cleaned again for the duration of our stay. There are nowhere near enough sun beds for the number of residents. The sun beds are chained up, I guess to stop people reserving them at 6am, but all that this does is cause a rush at 9.30am when the chains are removed. It’s a mad scramble to get a sun bed. Then folks reserve them and leave. Location is ok, being about a 7 minute walk, zig zagging the backstreets to get to the main area of Corellejo. Staff are helpful, and the shop on site is actually reasonably priced, only a little more expensive than the nearby Hiperdino supermarket. We were unimpressed with the restaurant, also my grandson had chicken nuggets, which he said he didn’t like. I tried one, they were absolutely vile. I’ve no idea what was in them, but it had never seen chicken. All in all it’s not the best place we’ve ever stayed, and I’ve no desire to return, there are better places in Corellejo.
